Traffic Membranes
Vehicular traffic-bearing coating systems are designed to protect reinforced concrete parking structures, stadiums or plazas where moisture intrusion cannot be tolerated. They provide a seamless, durable, skid-resistant “membrane” on the concrete, preventing the ingress of moisture and chloride that lead to premature deterioration of concrete and reinforcing steel.
Vehicular or pedestrian membrane systems can be completed using elastomeric urethane systems or cementitous, breathable systems for slab on grade application.
Expansion Joint Repair
Traffic rated expansion joint systems create a watertight membrane/nosing system for parking decks and stadiums. Most systems installed for vehicular traffic use a gland expansion joint system that is installed into a preformed concrete notch or block-out incorporating an elastomeric nosing material. Along with this gland type joint, there are many other joints such as compression seals, preformed compressible joint fillers and fire-rated joint assemblies.
General Concrete Repair
The concrete repair industry has experienced an ever increasing demand for maintenance of concrete structures.  This demand has driven the need to  develop new technology to both economically and functionally repair concrete structures
Our experience and expertise in a wide range of services gives us an edge in completing all types of concrete repair projects from maintenance repairs to highly specialized items such as cathodic protection or carbon fiber reinforcement including
Epoxy Injection & Leak Proofing

Epoxy Injection is the single best solution for repairing cracks in concrete. Toronto Elite-Crete utilizes a wide variety of high-strength epoxy and urethane resins which get injected into the cracks under pressure by special pneumatic machines. This system ensures that the crack will be thoroughly filled with epoxy, making the crack not only structurally sound but preventing water intrusion and subsequent spalling.
